This Limited Lifetime Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from The Company, BFXenon (the "Physical Goods").
What does this limited warranty cover?
This Limited Lifetime Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
During the Warranty Period, The Company BFXenon will repair or replace, at no charge (except for shipping, shipping is paid by customer), products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
What will we do to correct problems?
The Company BFXenon will either repair the Product at no charge (except for shipping, shipping is paid by customer), using new or refurbished replacement parts.
How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from The Company BFXenon is lifetime from the date of purchased.
What does this limited warranty not cover?
This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
Does not cover any shipping charges
What about the battery in the jump starters?
This Limited Lifetime Warranty is applied to jump starters a bit differently because batteries are consumable with a life expectancy:
The first 2 years after purchase 100% of the unit is covered
Starting on the first day of the 3rd year the warranty is prorated 20% per year. For instance if there was a defect on the 3rd year you would pay 20% of the cost for a new unit, if there was a defect in the 4th year you would pay 40% of the cost for a new unit and so on.
Battery capacity is expected to diminish over time. As long as the battery is within expected range for it’s capacity it is not considered defective.
The prorated amount will not exceed 75% of the unit. This means you will never pay more than 75% of the cost for a new unit. If your unit is defective in 15 years you would still only pay 75% of the cost for a new unit.

3) Address to return repaired / replacement part
4) Shipping costs, make check to BFXenon LLC ($10 for first part, $5 for each additional part)
